MATERNITY POLICY
If in the event a tenant delivers a baby Mimosa's policy is to issue three weeks rent credit. Although this may not be enough time if the tenant mom has complications, it is the best we can offer and in most cases makes it possible for the tenant to keep the suite while recovering from the delivery.
This policy applies only after the Tenant has a 90 days on-time rent history before any claims can be made.
