HOSPITALIZATION POLICY
If in the event a tenant is hospitalized for any medical condition Mimosa's policy is to issue prorate rent credit for the number of days the tenant is in the hospital for up to seven days. Although this policy will not allow for major medical issues that require long recovery times it does give some help to tenants who may have minor hospitalizations.
This policy applies only after the Tenant has a 90 days on-time rent history before any claims can be made and this rent credit is only for the number of days (up to one week) the Tenant is unable to work.
