Incident Reporting

An incidnet refers to many different situations at Mimosa Salon Suites. 

It could be a tenant or client injury, an environmental incident, a security incident, property damage, a safety observation or even relating to a hazard.

 

Some common sub-incident report types include: 
 

  1. Injury to tenant or client
  2. Quality control
  3. Property damage
  4. Security incident
  5. Environmental incident
  6. Death or serious incident

Please use the following incident report and work with management to get it filled out and filed. 

 

What we will need to file the incident report is:

  1. The date & time of incident
  2. The date & time that the incident was investigated with any pertinent findings
  3. The date & time that the incident was concluded with findings and any conclusions
  4. The date & time any actions were taken, plus any additional steps taken and/or suggested for the tenant
